I General Rules:
General Rule: civilized behavior. A. Language Insults to players are penalized as: - First offense: 5 days suspend-char - Second offense: 10 days suspend-char - Third offense: 20 days suspended-char - Fourth offense: 30 days suspend-char Swearing is penalized as: - First offense: 5 days suspend-char - Second offense: 10 days suspend-char - Third offense: 20 days suspended-char - Fourth offense: 30 days suspend-char ! Note: Addressing as "Noob" to a person shall not be considered insulting / swearing the first time, but it will if it's repeated several times. Administrator / admins / moderators will decide when "Noob" becomes an insult and will be punished according to suspends for insults and swearing above. "Noob = Abbreviation for 'New Bie' 'Newbie'" Insults addressed to the server or any of the admins will be punished as follows: - First offense: 30 days suspend-char - Second offense: character permanently banned - Third offense: Account deleted ! Note: all discussion must be seen in the screenshots to prove is not a challenged language, with full screen F4. ! Note: DO NOT login with another account than your account. If the IP or account is blocked because of cursing / offensive language / insultes, the excuse: "I just logged on behalf of a friend to play, and that he did not know ..." will not work. A case example would be: a person loges into an account, and starts swearing / offend / insult other players, then you log in again and you get banned on account or IP because that character was caught in violation with rules. The following excuse will not work: "But I was not on the account, there was a friend who wanted to see the server" Indecent language and swearing expressed in normal chat may be claimed by other people besides the victim. Swearing is punishable whether explicit or abbreviated. For complaints that relate to swearing addressed to admin / server / a GM, a picture with full F4 is not necessary. It is considered that it can not be provoked. The 3 types of bad language are judged separately and are considered different crimes. If a person proves with pictures, that he swore / insulted because he has been seriously challenged, any complaint from the person that initiated the offenses will not be taken into consideration because he started it, therefore the initiator will be banned and the offended will not. Insults in code compus to a character, leads to instant suspension and insults to the challenged will not be punished because coded insults are a punishable act. Coded language is considered swearing / insults. ! Note: Do not post now players who speak another language besides English or Romanian or just because you think they are swearing ...prints with such things will be translated and the Administrator will decide if they are punishable or not. In case there aren't any insults / injuries, the accuser will receive warning or suspend-char 10 days. If the language is very serious it will be paid directly the penultimate or last warning, depending on severity. Names with a vulgar / obscene / containing insults are forbidden. Any character with such a name will be deleted. Penalties for such a character reconstruction are: - First offense: 10 days suspended-account - Second offense: 20 days suspended-account - Third offense: Account deleted. ! Note: the suspend for rebuilding such a character is given on the account. 2.Drop in City Drops of any kind in the city are within the limits of common sense. Players caught by an Admin making excessive drops that are creating LAG, are liable to suspend-character 2 days. ! Note: Don't post players who are next to a pile of items believing that they made it. Several prints with a player making excessive drop are needed. 3. Behavior towards admins / * GM * Insults / curses addressed to Admin - First offense: 40 days suspend-char - Second offense: character permanently banned - Third offense: Account deleted ! Note: Insults / swearing referred to an Admin / * GM * on messenger, are taken into consideration, and will be punished on server. Inappropriate behavior with Admin / * GM * (this includes jokes, refusing to give ok to a trade initiated by an admin, * GM * events disturbance, etc.) shall be punished with 5 to 20 days depending on the decision made by the Admin. The use of similar names to those of Admin (nick names & guild names) leads to suspension of that player for an indefinite period, eg Offspring (administrator) OFFspr|ng (player), Admins (Admin Guild) ADMINS (a players Guild) ! Note: these are some examples of possible cases. The penalty for persons who pose as "acquaintances", relatives of those who are part of the guild Admins, is at least one month suspension. GMs will NOT ask about your account, password or data logging. GMs will NOT ask for items. GMs will NOT ask for favors. ! Note: Also challenging the Admins Guild into a war(/war) will result in suspension of that guild's GM at least one month. Exception is made for the Offspring, the Administrator, he will not have anyone as "acquaintance" or "relative". Insult / swear to the * GM * - First offense: 2 months suspend-char - Second offense: Account deleted - Third offense: filter on IP class - Fourth offense: filter network card address. ! Note: Insulting / swearing a * GM * on messenger, is taken into account, and you will be punished on server. 4.a) Threatening other players or pretending that you are Admin, * GM * - First offense: 20 days suspended-char - Second offense: Account blocked permanently ! Note: The threat of players or pretends as being Admin, * GM * in different ways than in the Server and / or forum like other forums, messenger, etc. do not count. b) Unproved accusations against players - First offense: 15 days suspend-char - Second offense: 25 days suspend-char - Third offense: one month suspend-char ! Note: unsubstantiated accusations in another way than in the Server and / or forum like other forums or messenger, do not count. c) Unproved accusations at Admin, * GM * - First offense: 2 months suspend-char - Second offense: Account blocked permanently ! Note: unsubstantiated accusations in another way than in the Server and / or forum like other forums do not count. Unsubstantiated allegations against Admins, * GM *, on messenger will be taken into consideration because the Support Team is a superior rank. d) Falsification of evidence: - First offense: 2 months suspend-account - Second offense: Account deleted - Third offense: Filter on IP Making up rules that are not contained in this regulation and their use to obtain an advantage or threats of punishment leads to a minimum of 20 days suspension. Those who repeatedly violate this rule are liable to account blocked indefinitely. 5. KS at one or more players on a spot - First offense: 5 days suspend-char - Second offense: 10 days suspend-char - Third offense: 20 days suspended-char - Fourth offense: 30 days suspend-char ! Note: Warnings must be addressed explicitly to the one who makes KS on spot(NO KS + character name, do not shoot + character name, etc.) KS warnings can be readdressed after the first warning in natural chat dissapears. After you have made a number of screenshots with explicit appeals you will make a screenshot with all warnings made, with F4 full screen. KS is punished if it exceeds one minute. Warning: After filling a normal spot or spot in Arena or pen, there will be made 2 screenshots at 1 min interval with the spot to prove it's your spot in case someone KS / PK on you. ! There is no obligation to attack monsters on your spot. ! Note: If the player does not attack monsters on your spot, and talks to the party, or with another player, it does not lose the spot. ! Note: KS RULE will NOT APPLY WHERE THERE IS NOT A SPOT.One or two mobs lost separated from a spot will not be considered as a spot. 6. KS-PK in Golden! - First offense: 10 days suspend-char - Second offense: 15 days suspend-char - third offense: 20 days suspended-char - Fourth offense: 40 days suspend-char Who came first at a Golden earns the right of that golden "First come rule" (the Golden's right). He will lose that right if he dies while beating the Golden. The PK rule will add to the one who kills the first come to a golden(as they beat the Golden or steal your BOK). DO NOT HELP (even if asked to do so) to kill Goldens.In case of complaint, the excuse "I just helped, I gave the item (BOK's)" will not work. ! Note: You need to make a screenshot when attacking a Golden, with the mouse on it, to see the name and to prove it is yours, and if you die, and find it again, even if free, make the screenshot again. ! Cheating We do not accept the exploit of game bugs! Exploiting a bug is ILLEGAL! and will be sanctioned by account emptied the first offense, blocked account at the second offense, third offense IP filter. This rule applies ti players caught using applications such as hack, Applications to replicate packets (1-hit kill, 5x hits, speed, etc.) with or without the help (hacks) etc For the famous SHADOW BUG and DUPE the IP's the account logged in from will be filtered + blocked account. The chance of obtaining duped items from drop is small because the duper will receive d/c every time he moves a duped item. Any attempt to use hacks will result in permanent blocked account,or permanent filter on the IP / class IPs. 9. Advertising other servers Advertising / Advertising other servers (MU only) in the game (any way) leads to instant - Account blocked IP Filter / class IP / mac ! Note: Any player who catches someone to be advertising in any way (normal chat or private message) is asked to make a full screen screenshot with F4, and post on the forum in the "Complaints" section. 10. PK (Player Kill) - First offense: 5 days suspend-char - Second offense: 10 days suspend-char - Third offense: 20 days suspended-char - Fourth offense: 30 days suspend-char * It does not matter if the victim is MURDERER OR PHONO. * Applies only to PK's on Spot or Golden. * PK will be considered provoked only if the one who makes PK was seriously insulted. * PK on the spot / golden is punishable only if it is made on the person that holds the spot or fights a golden. 11. AFK Rule Any player can stay on spot as long as it is near the computer! If someone makes two screenshots every 5 minutes (interval in which the holder doesn not say anything, the character is AFK) means that he lost the spot! ! Note: you need to ask if afk + character's name (and to see the screenshots). Maybe he is not in the mood to talk (to initiate a discussion). F4 must be with full-screen picture to prove it did not say anything all the time. eg picture question afk 17:00 picture at 17:05 afk question in all this time, he said nothing picture at 17:05 with F4 to show he said nothing. these 2 pics at 17:05, count as one picture. After taking over the spot, you may not take the person with "no ks + name" this method being punished with suspend-char 2 days, being your duty to move him in one way or another, so you can grow. Note: Players caught by an admin on a spot, afk, are subject to d / c Players caught by Administrator on a spot, afk, are subject to d / c and suspend-character one day. 12.Stationary You may not stationed near a party with NO REASON (or near an occupied spot). Examples: - Staying even if he was told there is no room in the party(he refuses to leave) - Talking (normal or pm) with another member of the party (sitting next to the party) - Sitting and not saying anything (does not require party, does not say anything, etc.) These situations are examples. Do not try to find new excuses on the principle "but this situation is not in regulation." Minimum penalty for stationing: 2 days suspend-character stationing will be punished if it exceeds five minutes, including minute 5. There must be at least 3 explicit request from a member's party to leave the spot. (Explicit request = char name + "Don't Stay", "go" "go away", etc.) ! Important: In any other situation moderators and administrators have the last word. We have great sympathy for players who lost their hard work because of thieves accounts. However, we can not return lost items. I want to do, but there is no way to verify that items were lost or are indeed the target of a scam. We are not responsible for stolen items, or "broken" accounts, your only responsibility is to keep the confidentiality of your account, password, username and other important information. Arena Rules II: 1. The spots defined by the Sea worms are considered one spot! !
